Dawn Holland Alleged Lindsay Lohan Assault Victim

Dawn Holland is the woman who works at the Betty Ford Center who was allegedly assaulted by Lindsay Lohan a few weeks ago. She is coming forward with her claims that the starlet had been drinking and injured her so badly when they had a confrontation back at the rehab facility that now she's out on workers' comp.
